If this sounds familiar

You did the responsible thing.

You saw your doctor. Then another one. You had the labs drawn. Maybe a prescription moved a number without changing how you felt.

But you’re still rereading the same email, waking in the night, and wondering why the answer on paper doesn’t match your day.

If every test says I’m fine,
why do I feel like I’m disappearing?

Your experience deserves to be heard.
This hour starts there.

Inside the training · The three secrets

Three ideas that put your story in context.

In one unhurried hour, Dr. Axe shares his clinical perspective on the gap between your bloodwork and your experience, and introduces the four phases of Cellular Health Regenerator.

01

The road

Look beyond the number.

Dr. Axe uses the road and the house as a teaching metaphor: what a blood test measures, and the questions it may leave unanswered about how you feel.

02

You

Leave self-blame behind.

Explore the battery metaphor, why pushing harder may not help, and how to talk about changes in sleep, mood, energy, and focus without blaming yourself.

03

The door

See what a next step could be.

Consider the questions around time, cost, family history, and working with your current clinician. Learn what a coordinated, phased approach involves.

These are teaching metaphors and Dr. Axe’s perspective, not a diagnosis or a claim that every symptom has the same cause. Bloodwork remains an important part of medical care.

The approach you’ll explore

One sequence.
Four connected phases.

The training introduces the program’s framework and what coordinated support can look like. At the end, you’re invited to a conversation with the team to discuss whether it fits your life.

Who is this training for?

Women in perimenopause or menopause who have sought help and still have symptoms despite bloodwork that reads normal. There is no age cutoff for watching.

What will I learn?

The three themes are the road, you, and the door: looking beyond lab numbers, reconsidering self-blame, and exploring what coordinated support could involve. Dr. Axe also introduces the program’s four phases.

When can I watch?

Replay available after registration. Register with your name and email, then check your inbox for your training link. The training is about one hour.

Will you tell me to stop my medications?

No. The training does not replace your doctor or medical care. Any question about prescriptions stays with the clinician who prescribed them.

Will a program be offered?

Yes. Dr. Axe describes Cellular Health Regenerator and invites you to request a consultation with the team. Watching the free training does not commit you to the program.

Can someone watch with me?

Yes. You can watch with your spouse or a trusted person. Your symptom notes and a memory of what you have tried are enough to bring.
